How Does Plan Management Work

Step 1

Nominate us as your Plan Managers! This can be done by calling the NDIS on 1800 800 110 and advise them that By Your Side Plan Management (Registration number: 4050045746) are the NDIS Plan Managers of your choice.

Step 2

Sign our Service Agreement. It’s easy to read and we will explain any clauses you don’t understand.

Step 3

Start visiting your chosen providers and ask them to send us the invoices for the services you use.

Yes, it’s that easy!

And we are available to answer any questions you may have on the phone or by email.

You are always in control and the choice of providers is always yours. All invoices that come in are always approved by you first and can be done in one the following ways:

We have an app which is available on any mobile device called Careview Advantage. It is very user friendly and shows you the invoices that have come in so you can check and approve them at the click of a button.
We can email invoices for you to look over and approve by return email.
Any invoices that are regular and always the same, you can create a Standing Authorisation which gives us authority to pay specific invoices as we receive them.
